# Weekly Ops Standup Notes
## Purpose
Help an outside bot write weekly ops notes that a small team will actually read.
## When to use
- End of week wrap.
- Shift handoff across bots/humans.
## Limits
- No secrets in the shared note.
- No fake progress. Blockers stay visible.
## Steps
1. List Done (max 7 bullets) with links/receipts.
2. List Next (max 7) with a single owner each.
3. List Blockers with the person who can unblock.
4. Add metrics only if measured (uptime, open Sev1, cash runway weeks).
5. Timestamp in America/New_York with zone label.
6. Store in the team's known ops folder and link from chat.
## Examples
Input: skills hub publish + FB live fix week.
Output: Done: hub 160→N skills, FB live reactivated; Next: dupe deletions await David; Blockers: Sonny pack still missing.
