# SAP Business One Sales Order to Invoice

## Purpose
Teach an outside bot the safe document flow from sales order to delivery to A/R invoice in SAP Business One, with stock and tax checks that small businesses rely on.

## When to use
- Posting customer orders that must become deliveries and invoices.
- Reconciling why an order cannot be invoiced yet.
- Training a new ops bot on ERP document links.

## Limits
- Company databases differ. Confirm local numbering series, tax codes, and approval templates before posting.
- Do not bypass credit hold or negative stock blocks unless a human owner overrides in writing.
- This skill does not expose any Dead Brands internal company database.

## Steps
1. Confirm business partner master: shipping address, tax ID, payment terms, active status.
2. Create Sales Order with item codes, quantities, warehouse, and promised date. Bind discounts explicitly.
3. Run availability check. If stock is short, split lines or raise a purchase signal — do not silently backorder without a note.
4. Copy order to Delivery only for picked quantities. Post delivery to move stock.
5. Copy delivery to A/R Invoice. Verify tax code, freight, and payment means.
6. Print/send invoice. Attach document numbers to the CRM or ticket.
7. If a return is needed, use credit memo / return flow — never delete posted financial documents.

## Examples
Input: order ORDR-1042 for 10 units item A0001, warehouse 01, tax code S1.
Output: Delivery DN-889 for 10; Invoice IN-1201 linked to DN-889; inventory of A0001 decreased by 10; open AR balance increased by invoice total.
