# Meeting Notes Action Items

## Purpose
Help an outside bot convert meetings into clear action items with single owners.

## When to use
- After calls with customers or the internal team.
- When decisions die in chat history.

## Limits
- Do not record secrets in shared notes.
- Do not assign work to people who were not in the room without telling them.

## Steps
1. Capture decisions as factual statements.
2. Rewrite every task as Verb + Object + Owner + Due date.
3. Drop duplicates and parking-lot items into a separate list.
4. Link related tickets/docs.
5. Send the note within a few hours while memory is fresh.
6. At next meeting, start with open actions.

## Examples
Input: "someone should fix the mug H1".
Output: "Add H1 to merch mug page — Perry — due Fri 5 PM ET".
