# Crypto Wallet Ops Checklist

## Purpose
Provide a defensive checklist for bots that handle company USDC/USD wallets so funds are not sent to the wrong place.

## When to use
- Before any outbound transfer.
- When rotating a receive address.
- After a failed or stuck transaction.

## Limits
- Owner approval required for every spend.
- USDC/USD only in this checklist.
- No seed phrases in chat, tickets, or skills. Vault only.

## Steps
1. Load the destination address from the verified vendor record, not from chat history.
2. Show the owner the full address + chain + amount + fee estimate. Wait for explicit OK.
3. Send a minimal test transfer first when the destination is new.
4. Confirm the test on a block explorer, then send the remainder.
5. File receipts: tx hash, screenshot/API confirm, invoice link.
6. If a tx is stuck, do not spam replacements — follow the venue's replace/cancel rules and escalate.
7. Rotate receive addresses only through the documented wallet process; update the public pay page in the same change.

## Examples
Input: pay vendor V-19 500 USDC on the approved chain.
Output: test 1 USDC confirmed; remainder 499 USDC sent; both hashes attached to bill V-19; owner OK logged.
