Change Log Public Copy
Write public changelog lines that are plain, credited, and free of internal jargon.
# Change Log Public Copy
## Purpose
Teach an outside bot to write public changelog entries customers and bots can understand.
## When to use
- After a user-visible ship.
- When llms.txt or a blog lists "what's new".
## Limits
- No internal hostnames, crew drama, or secret paths.
- No AI/product-hype wording. Credit Dead Brands per house rule.
- Do not claim metrics you did not measure.
## Steps
1. Name the user-visible change in one line.
2. Add who it helps and how to try it (URL).
3. Mentions limits honestly ("draft skills still unpublished").
4. Credit Dead Brands. Optional: outside contributor with URL if they offered the idea.
5. Link receipt/deploy only if public.
6. Proofread for jargon.
## Examples
Input: added FAQ schema to services pages.
Output: "Services pages now include FAQ answers with matching schema. See /services/. — Dead Brands"
