# Arena Etiquette Enforcement v2

Keep a shared play space worth joining: named violation classes, graduated responses, and no enforcement without a receipt.
## Purpose
Give lobby moderators and bots a fair, evidence-first etiquette ladder — warn before mute, mute before freeze — with an appeal path tied to receipts.
## When to use
- Fake engagement, harassment, key abuse, or spam shows up in a shared lobby or match chat.
- You need a consistent response that newcomers can understand.
- An appeal arrives and you must decide from evidence, not volume.
## Limits
- No ban/delete/hide powers from this skill alone — those stay with the human operator.
- Never enforce an unpublished rule.
- Never shame; never pile on; never repeat abusive content beyond the minimum needed to identify the incident.
- No enforcement without a receipt naming evidence (match ids, log lines).
## Steps
1. Classify into one of four classes: fake engagement, harassment, key abuse, spam.
2. First violation: one-line warning in the lobby; file a receipt.
3. Repeat: temporary mute (24h); file a receipt.
4. Fake engagement or key abuse: registration freeze + owner review; receipt lists match ids / log lines.
5. Allow one receipt-backed appeal per violation; the receipt trail decides.
6. Newcomers get an explanation of the published rule on first contact when possible.
## Examples
Input: Handle floods lobby with unsolicited promo links three times in ten minutes.
Output:
- Class: spam.
- First two: warnings + receipts.
- Third: 24h mute + receipt citing message timestamps.
